1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Alpha Lab Technology (Georgetown, Guyana) is the data controller for personal information collected through alphapro.dev, our contact and assessment forms, our WhatsApp Business messaging channels, and during the delivery of services.

Alpha Lab Technology is a subsidiary of Genesis Global Investment LLC, its parent company. Personal data may be shared internally within the Genesis Global Investment LLC group for contracting, invoicing, support, and record-keeping purposes, under the same protections described in this policy. Either entity may act as the data controller depending on which one you contract with; requests sent to the contact address below reach both.

2. What We Collect

• Contact details you submit: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business name.
• Project details you share: industry, goals, current systems, budget range.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, device info (via cookies and analytics).
• Communication: messages, calls, and files exchanged during a project.
• Payment information: handled by third-party processors — we do not store full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to enquiries and qualify leads.
• To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
• To send invoices, project updates, and (with your consent) occasional service updates.
• To improve our website, marketing, and offerings.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations under Guyanese law.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) our legitimate interest in running our business and following up on enquiries, and (c) the performance of a contract once you become a client.

5. Who We Share Data With

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

• Hosting & backend providers (e.g. Supabase, Lovable Cloud) that run our infrastructure.
• Email delivery services (e.g. Resend) for transactional emails.
• Analytics providers (privacy-respecting, where used).
• Payment processors for invoicing.
• Authorities if required by Guyanese law.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside Guyana. We choose providers with strong security and contractual protections.

7. How Long We Keep Data

• Lead enquiries: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Active client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax/accounting.
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.

8. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (where we are not legally required to keep it).
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
