Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to any website, web application, AI chatbot, WhatsApp Business messaging service, or hosted service we build or maintain for you. Violations can result in immediate suspension and termination of services without refund.

These services are provided by Alpha Lab Technology, a subsidiary of its parent company Genesis Global Investment LLC. Either entity may enforce this policy.

0. Messaging & WhatsApp Business Use

• Only message users who have opted in, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Do not send unsolicited marketing, and comply with the messaging provider's own business policies.
• Identify your business clearly in every conversation.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to host, distribute, or facilitate:

• Illegal content under the laws of Guyana or the country your users reside in.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported immediately to authorities.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate, or harassment of protected groups.
• Pirated software, films, music, books, or any copyrighted material you don't own or licence.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing kits, or hacking tools.
• Adult / pornographic content (without explicit prior written approval and a separate agreement).
• Gambling services without proper licensing in the jurisdictions you operate in.
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other fraudulent business models.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or SMS through services we host.
• Harvesting or scraping data without consent from the source.
• Attempting to break, overload, or test the security of our infrastructure or third-party providers without written permission.
• Reselling our hosting, AI usage, or backend resources without a written reseller agreement.
• Using AI features we built to generate deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people without consent, or commit fraud.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-authored where law requires disclosure (e.g., medical, legal, financial advice).

3. AI-Specific Rules

If we built an AI chatbot or AI feature for you, you agree to:

• Disclose to your users that they are interacting with AI.
• Not use it to provide regulated professional advice (medical diagnosis, legal counsel, financial recommendations) unless properly licensed.
• Monitor outputs and report obviously harmful behaviour so we can adjust prompts and guardrails.
• Comply with usage limits in your plan; sustained abuse may require an upgrade.

4. Resource Use

"Unlimited" features in our plans are subject to fair-use limits. If your usage is materially higher than a typical client on the same plan and impacts our ability to serve other clients, we will contact you to discuss an upgrade or custom arrangement before taking action.

5. User Accounts & Data You Collect

If your site or app collects user data, you are the data controller. You are responsible for posting your own privacy policy, obtaining consent where required, and complying with applicable data protection laws.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a site or app we host is violating this policy, email alphalabtechnology1@gmail.com with "Abuse Report" in the subject line. We investigate within 5 business days.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion: warn you, ask you to remove offending content within 48 hours, suspend the service, or terminate the agreement. For severe violations (illegal content, security threats), we may act immediately and without notice, and report to relevant authorities.
